The goal here, is to help those who cannot afford to go to school, or for any situation, where they can’t go at all. Worldwide.Sfera enrolls them in a 4 year program (no charge to them). They are housed, educated and certified in one of the current trade/skill, paid a stipend while they’re in school, and once they’ve graduated, 100% will be employed. The last year of school is business administration and management. Graduates may either take the job or get help starting their own new business. Thousands have graduated and a third of them have their own businesses.
